"Awful office and staff. Called three times asked to speak with Jeff. Got a condescending male child on the phone. Same guy all three times. Called back, finally a person with reason emailed Jeff and said I had issues. Jeff actually emailed me once with my availability and never followed through other wise. Horrible customer service, steer clear!!!! Also, they took Novembers bill due to tropical storms and divided it over the next three bills without even telling their clients. Also asked to look into rates again was told “we are competitive just like anyone else” not even willing to look. Thanks State Farm, but making my business elsewhere. Called the Better Business Bureau as well!"

"Mr. Duval sent me a letter stating I could save with he and State Farm by bundling my home and auto insurance with him. I called his office only to find out my home was thirty years too old to qualify. The practice of sending out these letters to folks whose homes clearly do not qualify for the offer inside is sloppy at best, immoral at worst."

"Apparently having a 10:00 am appointment means you have to wait for all the walk-ins to be seen first. Was told they open at 10:00 which is the first apt time, however, after arriving was told she is with another customer and they open at 9:00 i would have to wait for her and the rest of the lobby customers. well, since i had them send me my declaration pages i guess now would be a great time to get quotes on my 8 policies which cost me approx. $10,000 a year. "Awful service! They don’t know what are they doing! I had a question regarding my policy, came to the office and received an answer, based on it I made some changes in the policy. I was told that the premium will not change. In a month and a half a received an invoice with price increase about 40%! I called office again and lady told me that this new invoice is right and I have to pay more. I told her that I made my decision based on information I received from her office. “I am not responsible for any other agents. Probably, they don’t know what they’re doing!” Nice answer? Unacceptable for the reputable office. At the end she gave me 2 options what can I do in this situation. Next day I had even more excited conversation with another lady in the same office. I called them to proceed with one of the options they gave me. Any ideas what kind of answer I received? Yes, this lady told me that she is not responsible for her colleagues and can’t proceed with this offer that was offered to me one day ago. When I asked her to connect me with Jeff (owner of the office) she was SO RUDE, that told me that I can go and find another company for my insurance. I asked her name - she refused to give it to me and again sent me to look for another company! Guys, be careful when you dealing with incompetent and rude service. And, of course, Mr. Jeff didn’t call back or did something to smooth out the situation. They lost me as a customer and they don’t care! Think twice before you start business with this branch."

"It's crazy to me that, I went to this particular branch to get some info or help and they have the never to tell me. Hey, did you have an account with us? I said no, buy I have one with state farm. They processed to tell me I have to go to whichever account I started at. If they all are "state farm" I don't see why I have to drive all the way to Gainesville, Fl to speak with a representative when I'm in Ocala and need the info I'm wanting. This place is rediculous! Smh worst state farm branch I've ever been to."

"I have been going through State Farm for over 15 years now. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I tried different insurance companies , found State Farm and been there ever since. Love them . Great people.!!!"
